Research proves that a strong psychological mentality helps keep an optimistic view towards the end result. In order to have a stable state of mind, you may practice a few mind-body therapies, such as:
Meditation - Meditation helps keep your mind calm and stress-free, it relaxes your mind and body and helps clear your thoughts. Although it isn't proved to be directly related to fertility, it's relaxation techniques may help keep your mind at peace.
Yoga or exercise - yoga helps both physically and mentally, as it combines both physical postures as well as breathing exercises that help relax your mind and body. The maximus relaxation effect is received through gentle and restorative yoga.
Try journaling or art therapy - penning down your thoughts and feelings may help take the steam off your shoulders. Maintaining a journal is a form of informal therapy that helps your write about your feelings when you aren't able to express them verbally, blogging may help share what you feel with your social connections. Whereas, some people may find it easier to express themselves through art, may it be drawing, painting, sketching, etc. it helps relieve stress. Art in any form is found to be therapeutic.
Laughter therapy - Research proves that laughter therapy helps boost your mood, which decreases your stress levels and blood pressure, possibly improving your immunity too. There are laughter yoga classes you may join, or watch some stand up comedy to get you laughing. Laughing your heart out helps relieve stress and forget your problems which may seem insignificant.
Counseling - there are different types of counseling that one may seek, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps reduce anxiety with deep relaxation techniques. You may also attend group therapy, where people struggling with the same issues, share their feelings, it may help you connect better with people who understand exactly what you are going through.
If you feel like trying to have a baby is taking over your life, you might want to take a break and relax, release your stress hormones and tensions following the above therapies. Keep your mind at ease, and seek therapy if need be, it may improve your odds at conceiving. Always keep in mind that there is always hope.
